Breastfeeding 3 month old. 30 lbs overweight. felt arm pit side and noticed very glandular tissue, almost like tiny fat lobules on side of armpit into my armpit. doesn't feel like one lump but rather all kind of soft/lumpy there.is this fat tissue?

Breast tissue: Any new lumps, masses or skin changes in the breast should always be evaluated by your doctor. During breast feeding it is common for the breast tissue in the axilla (arm pit) to expand. This can be very normal. Have your doctor do an exam to confirm.
