May be OK: Pea sized lumps may just be small abscesses, especially if they are just under the skin. Please see a doctor in the next week to get these checked.

Get a formal exam: Hi I would recommend that this lump be physically examined by a physician as soon as possible. Whether this lump could represent something more serious, like cancer, depends many things such as the location of the lump, how large it is, how deep or "superficial" it is, how quickly it appeared, etc.

Probably not: If they are bilateral and not present before, they are most likely lymph glands. Usually found an armpits after viral infections, but can be a sign of leukemia. A CBC blood test would likely answer the question.
