Intertrigo: Spider bites are rare, almost unheard of in idaho, and have very different symptoms. Most common cause for itch in axilla is simple intertrigo due to sweating and rubbing. Try antiperspirant (even if it stings), generic otc Clotrimazole or Miconazole cream, and oct hydrocortisone. You can do all 3.
