OB/GYN visit: ACOG recommends women with a new odor or itching visit their OB/GYN for a pelvic examination. In any woman of childbearing age, a pregnancy test is of paramount importance. Your physician can then examine you and determine the cause of the odor and treat it. Lump under your armpit may be reactive lymphadenopathy, your physician will examine it at your visit. Good luck.

Primary care: A visit to whomever you consider to be your primary care doctor is appropriate. That can be an OB/GYN, a family doctor, or an internist. An urgent care facility is a good option as well if that's what is available to you. Alternatively, if you're having no vaginal irritation, pain or discharge, you could very well wait and see if it improves over the next few days. Do not use douches.
