At 32 no need: Your current condition as you said is related to infection and expected to clear. This month is colorectal Cancer awareness month. Screening is done from 50 to 75 yr age After 85 not indicated, gap patient choice.Predisposed people with genetic factor , polyposis, ulcerative colitis etc do not fall into this category , more frequent surveillance is needed
