????: At age 20, it is unlikely you have colon cancer. It is not necessarily impossible, but why do you think you have colon cancer. Do you have anxiety issues? Do you have a family history of colon cancer? Have you been passing blood? This is too difficult question to answer in this setting.

Yes: To rule in or out colon cancers, colonoscopy is mandatory. That said, given your age it is not likely that you have colon cancer. Your family history and your symptoms may help in deciding if you do need a colonoscopy.
