Pelvic pain: There are so many explanations for pain in the pelvis, it is not possible to say it is your uterus. Could be ovarian cysts, ligaments of the pelvis, or muscles and tendons of the abdomen. Is the pain incited by movement of the pelvis or low back? If so it is probably musculoskeletal.
