Fever and flatus: Flatus (gas) is caused by all kinds of things the most likely of which is swallowed air due to excessive crying. Give this time and as long as she is having no other issues, let this resolve on its own. There is really not much else that can and needs to be done unless there is something else going on that you have not mentioned.
