My 5 year old daughter has a high fever, stomache ache and head ache about 2 months ago, she had the exact same symptoms.

Hard to correlate: There are many causes for it. One that comes up commonly if Streptococcal throat infection presenting as abdominal pain and fever. Early gastritis can present in this manner. Sinusitis viral illnesses can look like this too. It is best to have her assessed by your pediatrician.
