Fluids/swallowing: If she is drinking and does not seem to be in pain, then she probably does not have a sore throat. Use nasal saline drops and mist to reduce drainage and to soothe nasal passages. Refusal to drink or eat, may be one sign of a sore throat, continue to provide sips of fluid and soothing cool soft foods. Please see your pediatrician. Provide Tylenol for pain relief and then see if she will eat.
