You're fine: Blood pressure need be no higher than to have you feeling well; "low blood pressure" as a health problem in someone able to go about their daily business is a myth. Heart rate actually means basically nothing despite all the hoopla; the important thing is that you maintain lifelong habits of exercise and sensible eating, using meds as your physician and you decide best.
