Your circumstances are unfortunate. There are many ways someone can get health care in the US without insurance. If you have a low income there are federally subsidized clinics. Your current prescriber would be best to assist with refills during your transition to a community clinic as most refills are done over the phone by current docs. That will allow for time for a proper transition of care. Prescribing to unknown patients for undocumented conditions ( docs not having access to medical files) is not recommended otherwise.
