High blood pressure: What is name of your 25mg blood pressure pill? Yes, you can make your blood pressure too low by giving too many drugs or incorrect doses. That's why we typically don't treat unless your BP is greater than 140/90 (150/90 in elderly), and then only to just below those parameters. Getting too aggressive isn't good for patients who can suffer side effects such as low blood pressure & fainting.

BTW, your bottom number varies quite a bit. Anything less than 90 is fine. But if you regularly run higher than 90 on bottom (diastolic), then you should chat w/prescribing doc. It helps if you bring in your BP cuff for calibration - match up to doc's BP cuff so s/he can interpret your home readings.
