Normal BP: That blood pressure sounds great! As long as you are not having signs of hypotension you do not need to worry about your bp being too low. These signs would include: dizziness, fainting, blurry vision, nausea. Relax and continue to take the propranolol as prescribed by your doctor.

BP is OK: Those numbers are perfectly fine and normal for a young person. Continue the prescribed medication and follow up with the cardiologist regularly.

Perfectly fine: Blood pressure is never "too low" if you feel well. It need be only high enough to keep the blood circulating. You're a grown man now and it's time for you to learn about all your options for treating WPW. I'm very glad you're taking a proactive approach to your health. Best wishes.
