Typically: the last half of your cycle is more standard at 14 days. So if you could backward from the first day of your period, typically you ovulated 14 days before your period. In your case if that was a 32 day cycle, you would have ovulated on about day 18. This isn't always perfectly exact. there can be a 1-2 day variation.
