For best results TSH levels should be tested after a fast of 8-12 hours. In nonfasting states the levels tend to be lower. Your TSH is borderline low but your free Thyroxine is within normal limits. Some would consider this to represent subclinical hyperthyroidism. If you didn't fast for your test, repeat the TSH after appropriate fasting. An endocrinologist can advise you as needed.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are in the normal range. Wish you good health!
