I hurt my left ankle a week ago, pain/swollen i still walked on it. urgent care said it's a bad sprain that has a small fracture. i now have crutches and more pain. my ankle feels like it's broken should i see my primary or on orthopedic md?

Orthopedic surgeon: Especially if there is a fracture, I would see an orthopedic surgeon. In reality, if you saw a primary care doctor with an ankle fracture they would likely refer you to an orthopedic surgeon anyway.
