had a severe ankle sprain with massive swelling > 6 wks ago. pain not improved. no fracture. still mod swollen. now pain in arch too. what is this?

See details: This is a severe sprain with the possibility of a fracture. Have the ankle evaluated and x rayed. Severe sprains are best tested with immobilization.
