Possibly allergies: Fatigue could be related to recovering from pneumonia. Nasal drip and frontal headache commonly related to allergies. Allergic sinusitis. Acute sinusitis has acute symptoms of facial pain/pressure,nasal stuffiness, nasal discharge,loss of smell and cough/congestion. Can consult with your physician for evaluation.
