Healthy 34 yr old female. diagnosed with mild lobar pneumonia march 4. no fever. levaquin (levofloxacin). xray now clear. can i get relapse? is chance high?

Possible: Relapse is always possible with pneumonia. Once a segment of alveoli are damaged..they are forever more susceptible to further damage. Atypical pneumonia caused by say mycobacterium have the greatest chance of recurrence if not treated long enough.
