Taking indiangooseberry extract for supposed health benefits.fasting glucose avging 80.in past avg high 90s.but no change in a1c.how is this possible?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Indian gooseberry: Don't spend too much money on stuff like "Indian gooseberry" for which there's no scientific evidence of a health benefit, only the word of some "ancient religious writings". Your A1c reflects your glucose integrated over time and is unlikely to change much with a 10 mg/dL drop in glucose. I'm glad you're health conscious & perhaps your control will improve through getting even more physically fit
