GH release: Massage feels good, and the sensations, chills, are normal. I am not aware that massage can release GH. GH is circadian (higher in early AM), and goes down normally with age. Once you have finished growing and your bones fuse (about age 16-18), you will not grow any more, no matter how much GH.
