Well: generally cannot grow taller at age 35 since bone growth plates are already closed.The person would get Arcomegaly type features growth of feet and parts of face can occur

Cannot grow taller: Growth hormone cannot make a person grow taller unless there are growth plates in the long bones that are still active, as in children and teens. In real life, height growth does not happen at age 35 years. Only in the internet world, might there be stories of adults who have finished growing resume growing in height.
