On ultrasound it says there are a few kidney stones and one is .9 cm x .6 cm. i have no pain though. it says interpolar area. can it just be watched?

Get to urologist: who can give you specific advice. I think you should try medical management before you have a surgical procedure as long as you have no symptoms. But a lot depends on your age and general medical condition.
