Talk to your doctor : in general it is best to taper this medication gradually and not stop it abruptly. The exception to this rule would be under your doctor's supervision or because of an allergic reaction or a life-threatening side effect such as serotonin syndrome. Some people experience withdrawal or flu-like symptoms when they stop this drug cold turkey. See your doctor for advice.
