I wouldn't: worry about eating turkey. I reviewed this on a food/ drug interaction checker and the only thing that was listed as a contraindication was mixing alcohol and zoloft (sertraline). Take care.

Small amount: Small amounts of food containing tryptophan should be ok - the risk is more theoretical. Zoloft (sertraline) is known as an SSRI medication which in combination with a deficit in tryptophan metabolization can cause illness. Stay away from large amounts of tryptophan containing foods but otherwise he should be ok!
