Good quality food: Naturally good quality food will replenish b12 quickly. If you taking anti acid medication your absorption will be impaired. For that reason I recommend sublingual supplement or injection. Otherwise look for 500 -1000 mcg will needed to get you level above500-700 pg/ml.

WHY?: Why B12? No harm. No toxic dose. Any dose is safe. Do you take stomach med? Metformin? Are you vegetarian? Intestinal disorder. Eating disorder? If none of this applies to you, then you are wasting your money on B12. Have you had stomach surgery? Pernicious anemia? None of this is influenced by Zoloft (sertraline) or Lexotanil.
