No...: For 3 month old baby there are not great options with regard to medical treatment for cough, congestion and mucus. Mainly just symptomatic management, nasal bulb suction, raising head of bed slightly to assist with drainage, time, and love. Likely viral in origin. If concerns for high spiking fevers, decreased urine output, irritability, or decreased fluid intake will need to be seen by doctor.
