Left foot feels warm: Most likely Gouty Arthritis, can cause much pain , even a sheet in bed can cause pain. Gout can be chronic,. and , most cases are due to high Uric Acid levels. A diet consuming very rich foods, seafood , meats + alcohol will increase Uric Acid . Diagnose by lab test or aspirate the joint.. Increase water intake, NSADs, diet helps some. Other cause for foot -chronic infection. Need to see Dr.
