Pain: Go to the er for xrays to make sure you havn't fractured any bones. If not, apply ice to your ankle, keep it raised and use an ace bandage to reduce swelling.

Go to Urgent Care/ER: You need to see the doc asap, get evaluated and have an xray. Besides finding out if something is fractured and may need to be set, swelling and bruising in the leg can become a serious problem if you develop compartment syndrome.
