I have gallstones, was having some pain, and not feeling to well. Also pain in back lower right side. My blood work shows CREATININE 1.11, BUN/CREATININE RATIO 23, UREA NITROGEN (BUN) 26. Everything else was normal. What could cause this?

Wondering what this all means My 3.7 year old Blood tests says Urea Nitrogen 16 is high with standard of 3-12 Bun creatinine ratio is 48 standard is 6-22 Creatinine is .33 which it says in standard range which is 0.20- 0.73 Globulin was low 1.9?
