Not an issue: Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) very common in men after the age of 50. There are no dietary issues that exacerbate this condition for the most part. Some men with thickened bladders and irritated voiding symptoms find that caffeine and alcohol can exacerbate their symptoms.
