Here are some ...: Prostatomegaly grade one denotes the presence of slight/mild prostate enlargement. Such designation as grade 1, 2, or 3 tends to be examiner-subjective with inaccurate to relate the truth of prostate size. So, I prefer to indicate the "real" size as estimated with finger breath (1.25 to 1.5 cm) resulting in stating 3 x 3.5 cm or 3.5 x 4 cm, to make such estimation as objective as possible.
