Nothing bad: Sounds like you have very mild prostate enlargement. As long as you are not having significant urinary symptoms (slowing of stream, going too frequently or leakage issues), there is nothing to be concerned about at present. The prostate normally enlarges with age and intervention may be needed if urinary symptoms worsen. More diligent monitoring needed if (+) family history of prostate cancer.
