Prostamegally??: first of all there's really not a condition known as "Prostamegally". benign prosthetic hyperplasia is a common condition that occurs in about 50% of men over the age of 50. when these men have difficulty urinating often times medication is used to relax the prostate. They're also medications used to shrink the size of the prostate. Removing prostatic tissue with a cystoscope is final option
