Good day. i have pain in my chest mostly left side,shoulder, neck and left arm i can feel my heart pound the whole time left hand fingers go numb alot?
When I lay on stomach with arm straight up above head for couple minutes neck hurts& fingers start tingling & go completely numb &pain in neck gets worse. Could that mean a trapped nerve in neck? Same issues in hand randomly but nerve tests normal?

Radiating left arm pain starting below shoulder down to hand. Fingers feel numb. Soreness left side of neck. had for past 12 hours. NSAIDs dont help.
