Does not sound cardiac to me, and more likely you have a left carpal tunnel syndrome or a left C6 nerve involvement. Followup cervical MRI and a left arm EMG will localize and substantiate severity and provide guide for further intervention. Talk to your doctor about your heart concerns, unlikely but just to be safe.
