Hi, i am taking sotalol 160mg in morning and 160mg in evening because of hcm. any alternatives because the side effects are terrible.

Yes : Any negative intotrope is fine for treatment of HOCM; beta blockers preferred to calcium channel blockers however because of additional cardio protective benefits. Try metoprolol, or carvedilol -- 2 beta blockers with most data and pleitropic benefits!
