CBT psychotherapy: Try CBT. The C will help your thinking and understanding - the B means guided Behavioral practice and it is critical. The T means therapy. After a course of treatment, your therapist might think that you've advanced enough to try it on your own and just return for boosters if needed. These are real skills to acquire. Try it for real. It may lower your need for meds.
