Am on sertraline 150 mg .. i also take sotalol , amiodarone.. i have really bad side effects .. i am very anxious and depressed .. i get severe panic attacks .. i feel am going to die .. i have agoraphobia i feel down ?

Verify cardiac statu: Sertraline has an interaction with amiodarone. Levels are increased. Sotalol and amiodarone both contain beta-blocking properties which can be depressing. Sotalol can pose a risk of serious ventricular arrhythmias, hopefully ... negated by the amiodarone. You must insure that your cardiac status is entirely normal to avoid the risk of serious arrhythmias which can cause sudden death.
