Oral d therapy: You can take oral vitamin d 250h. The amount one needs for repletion depends how low your d level is. If oral 25ohd does not work then there may be a malabsorption issue. You should discuss that with your doctor. We aim for 25ohd level to be above 30. Also sun exposure increases d level quite well.
