Yes it an: KIDNEY STONES.. Vitamin C in very high levels can lead to kidney stones (oxalate stones for with long term acidic urine) Hope this helps!! Yes: It is ascorbic acid......too much excreted in urine can cause kidney stone. Daily need of Vit C is 60mg only.

Hard to do: It is a water soluble vitamin, so excess is eventually urinated out, but if kidney disease, dehydration, or taken in crazy high quantities, it (and anything) can become toxic.
