Start with your gut: You have enough going on that you would benefit from finding a doctor you trust to work with you. In the meantime start with treating your gut well. Stop eating all processed food, and make sure you eat a variety of vegetables and some fresh fruit. If you aren't fond of veggies try using a powdered greens product. Also don't drink and sweet drinks -especially artificial sweeteners
