Herniated disk.: You may be suffering from a herniated disk putting pressure on one of the nerve roots in your neck. There are other possibilities but these can be sorted out by a good primary doctor or you may need a referral to an ortho or neurosurgeon. Many times this problem can be managed with non-operative treatment such as physical therapy.
