Symtpoms: Can't diagnose the cause of your pain & numbness but a pinched nerve is possible. Your medical provider should be able to get a better idea. I have used acupuncture to treat these types of symptoms in patients who wanted to avoid medications or put off surgery.

Maybe : Pain starting in spine (including neck) and traveling down extremity (arm or leg) often (but not always) indicates a pinched nerve. Difficult to tell on a chat line. Need to see a doctor to be examined

"pinched nerve"?: There could be a pinched nerve in neck, or brachial plexus, but could be residual carpal tunnel from pregnancy, with referred symptoms. Best is to have examination. An EMG test may be useful. Physical therapy may help.
