Nerve impingement: These symptoms most likely arise in your neck/cervical spine. It can also arise from your brain from something like a stroke but this is less likely if the face is not involved. Nerve impingement should not be taken lightly. Any neurologic deficits such as these should be evaluated by a physician promptly. If you develop any functional loss or weakness that would represent an emergency.
