Maybe. Maybe not.: If a person is eating a varied and healthy diet, and is at a very good weight for him, he does not need to count calories. However, he should still read food labels, and look at the calories on menus when he eats out. By being aware of how many calories are in each of his foods, he will be eating more healthily in the long run.
