Not dead: High triglycerides in that range are associated with pancreatitis acutely, and coronary artery disease chronically. Check for diabetes and low thyroid levels to help control. Don't give up hope yet, you have time to lower the tg before death.

You are: probably diabetic and are at great risk for triglycerides! If your HDL levels are low, then you are diabetic for sure! But high triglycerides can cause pancreatitis, so wholesale changes in lifestyle ( low carbohydrate diet), metformin, and ingestion of 3-omega fatty are essential!

That’s kinda bad: In the long term, triglycerides in that range can contribute to heart attack and stroke. In the short term, triglycerides above 600 can actually lead to acute pancreatitis. This should be medicated down for now. Exercise more and limit the saturated and trans fats in your diet. Supplement niacin and fish oil supplements. Consider medications. Diet, exercise, weight loss.
