Lower triglycerides: The fish oil products are the safest to lower high triglycerides. There are dietary supplements and prescription, the latter include Lovaza and vascepa. Vascepa will lower your LDL cholesterol also although not as much as a statin. Lovaza will increase your LDL cholesterol.E.
