Fish oil: We use fish oil to treat high triglycerides. I suppose in some circumstance it might be associated with an increase in triglycerides but since we use it to lower them, probably not very common.

Fish oil supplements: Fish oil supplements help lower triglycerides, raise heart-protective HDL cholesterol, promote heart health, improve joint function. Fish oil supplementation along with regular cardiovascular exercise can help you lower the triglycerides.
